Project 139 was born out of a desire to build awareness and raise funds for a much needed service in our community.
The band Elliot and Pregnancy Resource Centers have joined together to reach women and men in Central Oregon with hope, strength, resources and education when faced with an unplanned pregnancy. Our desire is to see people walk out of our centers knowing that they are not alone.
The project was born from two things. The first, is Psalm 139 where the God of creation makes it very clear how important each and everyone of us are to Him and how that He has had His hand on us since before we were born. The second, is the fact that each time a person walks into one of our centers and begins to receive much needed support and education it costs approximately $139.
